Bright and refreshing, we've taken our pub cider and added the complex aromas and flavours of hops, still unapologetically dry and perfect to enjoy with friends. Using our blend of apples, we dry hopped our cider with Wakatu and Amarillo hops. Aromas of citrus fruit and fresh cut spring grass. In the mouth notes of grapefruit and fresh lemon with a lively acidity that leaves you wanting another sip. The finish is mildly floral with apples shining through.
